What you don't see in this menu can always be made!

  • Please give us one week notice on all parties.
  • All changes must be made three (3) days in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of affair will result in forfeit of deposit.
  • Rack deposits will be forfeited if racks are not returned within two (2) weeks.
  • A 10% deposit is required on all parties. Final payment must be made in cash or credit cards.
  • Tables must be lined with padding and aluminum foil. We will not be held accountable for any damages incurred bysterno.Sternos must sit in chaffing dish racks only. To ensure proper heating, please skirt aluminum foil around all racks.
  • Food must not sit in direct sunlight or set up in front or under air conditioning vents. Sternos must be lit while serving. Upon completion, remove pans from rack, cool down and refrigerate.
  • Delivery charge may apply to your area.
