Claudio's Gourmet Sandwich Shop in Brick, New Jersey is known for traditional Italian specialties "The Way it used to be". Stop in to try one of our famous subs, Italian bread, brick oven pizzas, and homemade fresh mozzarella.

We are open 7 days a week and provide catering for any occasion. Our traditional Italian specialties include pasta, eggplant, pizza, chicken, veal, beef, pork, and dessert platters. If you don't see something on the menu that you are looking for, just let us know and we will be happy to make it for you! What you don't see in this menu can always be made!

  • Please give us one week notice on all parties.
  • All changes must be made three (3) days in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of affair will result in forfeit of deposit.
  • Rack deposits will be forfeited if racks are not returned within two (2) weeks.
  • A 10% deposit is required on all parties. Final payment must be made in cash or credit cards.
  • Tables must be lined with padding and aluminum foil. We will not be held accountable for any damages incurred bysterno.Sternos must sit in chaffing dish racks only. To ensure proper heating, please skirt aluminum foil around all racks.
  • Food must not sit in direct sunlight or set up in front or under air conditioning vents. Sternos must be lit while serving. Upon completion, remove pans from rack, cool down and refrigerate.
  • Delivery charge may apply to your area.
  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Deposits are not refundable.
